Now that we're approaching the half-way point in the course, here's a list of 

"Things You Need to Know." 

We haven't covered all the material contained here, but we will by the end of next week or so.

This is NOT an assignment to be turned in - it's a study guide for your benefit.

(9)   Here's a beautiful example of forces in equilibrium. Watch this all the way to the end, and keep your eye on the feather.

 Remember, 

in any static system of forces, any one  vector of force is equal and opposite the sum of all other forces.
